Dopesneakers is committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and ensuring the satisfaction of every customer. Below is our return and exchange policy, please read it carefully before purchasing:
Quality Control (QC) Confirmation: Before shipping, we will provide quality control pictures of the shoes for your review. Once you confirm the QC and click the OK button in the link (agree to ship), it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the product
Return or Refund Application: For return or refund, please contact our customer service team and provide the reason for return and relevant evidence materials, Such as videos and photos so that we can provide you with further instructions and return address.
Refund Conditions:
If the package is detained by customs during transportation, we will re-ship or provide a refund.
The style or size of the product received does not match the order or QC confirmation.
The product has serious quality problems, such as glue debonding, serious unthreading, etc.
Dopesneakers does not accept refunds for the following reasons:
Wrong style or size selection due to personal reasons.
Unable to receive the goods due to incorrect address (we will assist in re-shipping, but no refund will be provided).
Failure to assist customs in signing for or paying customs duties.
Failure to sign for the goods in time (resulting in loss of goods) or refusal to sign for the goods.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
If the return or exchange is due to personal preference or size inappropriateness, we will accept it if the following conditions are met:
The customer bears the return shipping fee, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
The goods must be in original condition, unused or damaged, and not detained by customs during the return. If the goods are lost or damaged during the return process, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund.
